Why Riverview?
Building Confidence. Encouraging Growth. The Riverview Way.

At Riverview Elementary, students in grades 3 and 4 step into a critical stage of their educational journey—where curiosity deepens, independence grows, and the foundations for lifelong learning are strengthened.

Here, our mission is clear: ensure high levels of learning for all students. Through a safe, supportive environment, students are challenged to think critically, act responsibly, and grow academically and socially. Every child is met with respect, encouragement, and high expectations.

At Riverview, being respectful, kind, and hardworking isn’t just a motto—it’s a mindset that shapes the way we learn and live. It’s the Riverview Way

Mission Statement

To ensure HIGH levels of learning for ALL students!

Our Motto

Respectful. Kind. Hardworking. That’s the Riverview Way.

Vision Statement

We envision a school where students feel safe, valued, and challenged—a place where learning is meaningful, and every child is empowered to build the knowledge, skills, and character to become a successful, contributing member of a changing world.

Three Big School Rules

If it’s not nice—don’t say it.

We speak with kindness and respect.

If it’s not yours—don’t touch it.

We take care of our school and each other’s belongings.

Work hard first—then play hard!

Give your best in the classroom so you can enjoy the playground.
